Tetford go goal-crazy
The biggest surprise last Saturday took place in Taylors Ford Division Two at Tetford where league leaders, Westside Rangers suffered a nightmare 9-1 defeat. Travis Herberts and Dan Hines both hit hat-trick for their side. In Taylors Vauxhall Division Three, Eastern European and Railway Athletic both lost their first games of the season at the hands of Pointon 'A' and Fishtoft Reserves respectively. In Taylors Peugeot Division One, Friskney were involved in a high-scoring encounter yet again - this time a 4-4 home draw against Heckington Millers. In The County Cup Benington scored two late goals to go through 2-1 although they now have an extremly difficult tie in next round - away at Horncastle Town who thrashed Billinghay Athletic 8-1 away from home. There were also good wins for Pointon, Ruskington Rovers and Swineshead Institute.
